Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed on holidays or during high-volume periods may require additional processing time.
We are closed on the following U.S. holidays, and orders will be processed the next business day:
- New Year's Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving & the day after Thanksgiving
- Christmas Day
Shipping Carriers & Methods
We ship orders via UPS and USPS. Below are the available shipping methods:
- Economy Ground Shipping (5-8 business days) – Free for orders over $150 USD.
- USPS Ground Advantage – Estimated delivery within 2-5 business days.
- UPS Ground – Estimated delivery within 1-5 business day.
- USPS Priority Mail – Estimated delivery within 1-3 business day.
- UPS Next Day Air Saver® – Estimated delivery within 1 business day.
Expedited Shipping Cut-Off Time
Orders with expedited shipping must be placed before 11 AM PST to ship the same day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the following business day.
Warehouse Location & Shipping Timelines
Our warehouse is located in Los Angeles, California. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Orders shipping to the West Coast typically arrive faster, while orders shipping to the East Coast may take additional transit time.
Address Changes
Once an order has been placed, we are not always able to modify the shipping address. Please ensure that your shipping details are correct before completing your purchase.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently do not ship internationally. Shipping is available only within the U.S.
- We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages. However, we are happy to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
If your package is lost or stolen, please follow these steps:
- Check with your neighbors, front desk, or mailroom in case it was delivered to the wrong location.
- Contact the carrier (UPS or USPS) to check the delivery status.
- If the package is still missing, email us at help@niathebrand.com, and we will assist in filing a claim.
