Ordering & Payments
What currency does your site use?
We will process your payment in your local currency whenever possible. However, in some cases, we may have to charge your card in USD. If this happens, the conversion is handled by your financial institution. Please note that your bank may apply additional conversion fees.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay. Shop Pay also allows you to pay in installments.
At this time, we do not accept Klarna or Afterpay.
Store Credits
- Currently available in the United States only.
- Store credits expire 1 year from the issue date.
- Each credit carries a unique code that can be entered at checkout.
Shipping & Orders
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends & holidays). During promotional periods, please allow an additional 2-3 processing days.
Expedited orders placed before 11 PM PST will be shipped the same day. We do not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship only within the United States.
What if I need to change or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, we are unable to make any changes. However, you can request to cancel your order before it ships by contacting us at help@niathebrand.com with your order number. If the order has already shipped, you will need to initiate a return.
What is the status of my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
What if I receive a damaged or lost item?
- If your item arrives damaged, please contact help@niathebrand.com with photos, and we will assist you with a replacement or refund.
- If your package is marked as "delivered" but not received, we recommend checking with neighbors or your building's front desk before reaching out.
- If a package is shipped and delivered to the correct address provided at checkout, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

How should I choose the best size for me?

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from the order date to postmark your return.
- We accept returns on item(s) in new condition with original tags attached.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any alterations.
- Final Sale items are not eligible for returns, store credit, or exchanges.

What if my return is past 30 days?
Returns postmarked more than 30 days from the order date are ineligible for return and will be automatically shipped back to you.
What if I need to exchange for a different size or color?
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the size/color you prefer.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive your return, allow 3-5 business days for processing. After processing, please allow 5-10 additional days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
Can I return an item purchased from a third-party retailer?
We only accept returns for purchases made directly from our official website, www.niathebrand.com. If you purchased a NIA item from a third-party retailer or boutique, please refer to their return policy, as we are unable to process returns or exchanges for those purchases.
Sale & Promotions
What does it mean if an item is marked Final Sale?
Final Sale items are marked down in price and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
Can I return an item marked Final Sale?
No, all Final Sale items are non-refundable and non-returnable. If a Final Sale item is returned, it will be shipped back to you automatically.
I ordered something, and now it’s on sale. Will you match the new price?
Unfortunately, we do not offer price adjustments for items that have been marked down.
Promotions & Discounts
Can I use multiple promo codes on one order?
Only one discount or promo code can be applied per order.
Do you sell gift cards?
At this time, we do not offer gift cards.
