Refunds on items eligible for return are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, all original packaging, including poly bags must be included. Merchandise tags must be attached, and all items must be in new unworn condition.

If you are returning from the US or Canada and opted for the RE:DO $2.48 USD option that provides free returns for store credit ONLY, during the initial checkout, there will be no charge for returning your order.You will have the opportunity to initiate a return for store credit using our Returns Center and will be provided with a prepaid shipping label. However, if you choose the option to refund the return back to your card after purchasing RE:DO at checkout, you will be charged the shipping return fee since RE:DO is free returns for store credit only. 

If you did not select the option for free returns during the initial checkout, you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

A friendly reminder that all sale items purchased are final sale and cannot be returned. Outbound shipping fees are not refundable.

After initiation of the return request you will have up to 30 days to complete the return or your refund will be automatically cancelled. Please allow up to 2-5 business days upon your items return for any refund to be processed.
